Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That ye ascribe unto the Beneficent a son, 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant. 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Do you see any one of them or hear a sound of them? 98
