Hast thou not seen how We sent the Satans against the unbelievers, to prick them? 83 So, do not be hasty with them. We are counting their number (of days). 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 None will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from Ar-Rahman. 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 This would almost cause the heavens to rent apart, the earth to cleave asunder and the mountains to crumble down in fragments, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
