Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 You have indeed brought an extremely grave speech! 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 We have made it [the Quran] easy, in your own language [Prophet], so that you may convey glad news to the righteous and give warning to a stubborn people. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
