Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 Everyone on the Day of Judgment will individually come into the presence of God. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
