Said [Moses]: "O my Sustainer! Open up my heart [to Thy light,] 25 and ease my task for me. 26 and my tongue fluent 27 "So they may understand what I say: 28 And give to me an aider from my family: 29 Aaron, my brother. 30 “Back me up with him.” 31 And associate him in my affair. 32 That we may hallow Thee oft. 33 and may remember You much. 34 You are surely watching over us. 35 He said: Thou art granted thy request, O Moses. 36 "And indeed We conferred a favour on thee another time (before). 37 when We revealed Our will to your mother, saying, 38 Saying: Put him into a chest, then cast it down into the river, then the river shall throw him on the shore; there shall take him up one who is an enemy to Me and enemy to him, and I cast down upon you love from Me, and that you might be brought up before My eyes; 39 What time thy sister was walking along and saying: shall I direct you unto one who will take care of him? Thus We returned thee to thy mother that she might cool her eyes and she might not grieve. And thou slewest a person, but We delivered thee from sorrow, and We tried thee with several trials. Then thou tarriedst for years among the people of Madyan then thou camest according to fate, O Musa! 40 And I produced you for Myself. 41 Go, you and your brother with My signs, and do not be negligent of My Remembrance. 42 Go both of you to Pharaoh, for he has transgressed all bounds, 43 Then say to him a gentle saying; haply he may be admonished or he may fear. 44 They both said, "Our Lord, We fear that he may commit some excess against us, or exceed all bounds in transgression." 45 He said: Fear not, surely I am with you both: I do hear and see. 46 So go you both to him and say: Surely we are two apostles of your Lord; therefore send the children of Israel with us and do not torment them! Indeed we have brought to you a communication from your Lord, and peace is on him who follows the guidance; 47 It has been revealed to us that punishment will befall him who denies and turns away. 48 Pharaoh said:" Moses! Who is the Lord of the two of you?" 49 He said: "Our Lord is He Who gave everything its form and then guided it." 50 Said Firaun, “What is the state of the former generations?” 51 He said, “Their knowledge is with my Lord, (recorded) in a Book; my Lord neither strays nor forgets.” 52 Who hath appointed the earth as a bed and hath threaded roads for you therein and hath sent down water from the sky and thereby We have brought forth divers kinds of vegetation, 53 Eat (for yourselves) and pasture your cattle: verily, in this are Signs for men endued with understanding. 54

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
