And undoubtedly Haroon had told them before it that, “O my people – you have needlessly fallen into trial because of this; and indeed your Lord is the Most Gracious, therefore follow me and obey my command.” 90 They had said: "We will not abandon this cult, but we will devote ourselves to it until Moses returns to us." 91 Musa said: O Harun! what prevented thee, when thou sawest them going astray. 92 "From following me? Didst thou then disobey my order?" 93 Aaron answered: "Son of my mother! Do not seize me with my beard, nor by (the hair of) my head. I feared that on returning you might say: 'You sowed discord among the Children of Israel, and did not pay heed to my words.'" 94 Moses said, 'And thou, Samaritan, what was thy business?' 95 He answered: "I saw what the people did not see. So I took a handful of dust from the trail of the Messenger, and I flung it (into the fire). Thus did my mind prompt me." 96 He said: Begone then, surely for you it will be in this life to say, Touch (me) not; and surely there is a threat for you, which shall not be made to fail to you, and look at your god to whose worship you kept (so long); we will certainly burn it, then we will certainly scatter it a (wide) scattering in the sea. 97 Your Allah is only Allah, than Whom there is no other Allah. He embraceth all things in His knowledge. 98 Thus We relate to you (O Muhammad SAW) some information of what happened before. And indeed We have given you from Us a Reminder (this Quran). 99 Whoever turns aside from it, he shall surely bear a burden on the day of resurrection 100 [Abiding] eternally therein, and evil it is for them on the Day of Resurrection as a load - 101 the Day when the Trumpet shall be sounded and We shall muster the sinners, their eyes turned blue with terror. 102 In whispers will they speak to each other (saying): "You stayed not longer than ten (days)." 103 We are Best Aware of what they utter when their best in conduct say: Ye have tarried but a day. 104
