They ask thee concerning the Mountains: say, "My Lord will uproot them and scatter them as dust; 105 then He will leave them a level hollow 106 that you will see no depression or elevation in it". 107 That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps]. 108 On that Day intercession shall not avail save of him whom the Most Compassionate Lord permits, and whose word of intercession is pleasing to Him. 109 He knows what (appears to His creatures as) before or after or behind them: but they shall not compass it with their knowledge. 110 ۞ (All) faces shall be humbled before the Living One, the Eternal. Those who are burdened with wrong doing shall have failed, 111 but those who have believed and done good works shall fear neither wrong nor injustice. 112 And thus We have sent it down, an Arabic Recitation, and have propounded variously therein of the threats, that haply they may fear, or that it may generate in them some admonition. 113 Highly exalted be Allah, the true King!
