They ask you regarding the mountains; proclaim, “My Lord will blow them into bits and scatter them.” 105 Then leave it a plain, smooth level 106 [so that] thou wilt see no curve thereon, and no ruggedness. 107 On that Day all will follow the summoning voice from which there is no escape; and all voices will be hushed before the Lord of Mercy, and nothing will be heard except a subdued murmur. 108 On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knows what is before them and behind them, and they do not comprehend Him in knowledge. 110 ۞ And [on that Day] all faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsistent Fount of All Being; and undone shall be he who bears [a burden of] evildoing 111 But he who has done good things and believes, will have no fear of either being wronged or deprived. 112 We have revealed the Quran in the Arabic language containing various warnings so that it may cause them to have fear (of God) or take heed. 113 High above all is Allah, the King, the Truth! Be not in haste with the Qur'an before its revelation to thee is completed, but say, "O my Lord! advance me in knowledge." 114 And We had already taken a promise from Adam before, but he forgot; and We found not in him determination. 115
