They will question you about the mountains. Say: 'My Lord will scatter them as ashes 105 and leave the earth a levelled plain 106 with neither crookedness nor any curving to be seen therein' 107 On that day they will follow their caller without deviation. Their voices will be low in the presence of the Beneficent God. You will hear nothing but the tread of the marching feet. 108 On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knows what is before them and what is behind them, while they do not comprehend it in knowledge. 110 ۞ (All) faces shall be humbled before (Him) - the Living, the Self-Subsisting, Eternal: hopeless indeed will be the man that carries iniquity (on his back). 111 And he who hath done some good works, being a believer, he feareth not injustice nor begrudging (of his wage). 112 And thus have We sent it down an Arabic Quran, and have distinctly set forth therein of threats that they may guard (against evil) or that it may produce a reminder for them. 113 Exalted is Allah, the True King!
