They ask you about the mountains. Say, "My Lord will scatter them as dust 105 and leave them so smoothly levelled 106 "Nothing crooked or curved wilt thou see in their place." 107 That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps]. 108 On that day no intercession shall avail, except the one for whom the Most Beneficent (Allah) has given permission and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knows all that is ahead of them and all that is behind them, while the others do not know. 110 ۞ And downcast will be faces before the Living, the Self-subsisting, and disappointed will be he who beareth a wrong. 111 And he who hath done some good works, being a believer, he feareth not injustice nor begrudging (of his wage). 112 We have revealed the Quran in the Arabic language containing various warnings so that it may cause them to have fear (of God) or take heed. 113 Exalted is Allah, the True King! And hasten thee not with the Qur'an before there is finished to thee the revelation thereof, and say thou: O my Lord! increase me in knowledge! 114 We made a covenant with Adam before you, but he forgot, and We found him lacking in constancy. 115
