They ask you concerning the mountains: "Where will they go?" Say: "My Lord will scatter them like dust, 105 “Therefore leaving the earth just as an empty plain.” 106 You shall not see therein any crookedness or unevenness. 107 That day they will follow the summoner from whom there will be no receding; and their voices will be hushed before Ar-Rahman, and you will not hear a sound but faint shuffling. 108 On that day no one’s intercession shall benefit except his to whom the Most Gracious has given permission and whose word He has liked. (The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 109 He knoweth that which is before them and that which is behind them, and they encompass it not with their knowledge. 110 ۞ All faces shall be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting Lord, and he who bears the burden of iniquity will have failed; 111 but whosoever does righteous works, being a believer, shall have no fear of suffering wrong or loss." 112 We have revealed the Quran in the Arabic language containing various warnings so that it may cause them to have fear (of God) or take heed. 113 Exalted is Allah, the True King! And hasten thee not with the Qur'an before there is finished to thee the revelation thereof, and say thou: O my Lord! increase me in knowledge! 114 Most certainly We had given Adam a command before, but he forgot.
