They will question thee concerning the mountains. Say: 'My Lord will scatter them as ashes; 105 Then leave it a plain, smooth level 106 Over which you will see no curves or elevations. 107 That Day they shall follow the caller for whom there shall be no crookedness; and voices shall be humbled for the Compassionate; so that thou shalt not hear ought except pattering 108 On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knows what is before them and what is behind them, while they do not comprehend it in knowledge. 110 ۞ on that Day all faces shall be humbled before the Living, Self-Subsisting One. Those burdened with evil deeds will come to grief, 111 but whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, shall fear neither wrong nor injustice. 112 We have revealed the Quran in the Arabic language containing various warnings so that it may cause them to have fear (of God) or take heed. 113 Then exalted be Allah, the True King! And hasten not (O Muhammad) with the Qur'an ere its revelation hath been perfected unto thee, and say: My Lord! Increase me in knowledge. 114 We made a covenant with Adam, but he forgot and We found in him no constancy. 115
