And they ask thee regarding the mountains; so say thou: my Lord will scatter them with a total scattering. 105 and leave them a desolate waste, 106 with neither crookedness nor any curving to be seen therein' 107 On that day they follow the summoner who deceiveth not, and voices are hushed for the Beneficent, and thou hearest but a faint murmur. 108 Upon that day the intercession will not profit, save for him to whom the All-merciful gives leave, and whose speech He approves. 109 He knows what is before them and behind them, and they do not comprehend Him in knowledge. 110 ۞ All faces shall be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting Lord, and he who bears the burden of iniquity will have failed; 111 And he who works deeds of righteousness, while he is a believer (in Islamic Monotheism) then he will have no fear of injustice, nor of any curtailment (of his reward). 112 And thus We have sent it down as a Quran in Arabic, and have explained therein in detail the warnings, in order that they may fear Allah, or that it may cause them to have a lesson from it (or to have the honour for believing and acting on its teachings). 113 Exalted is Allah, the True King! Hasten not with reciting the Qur'an before its revelation to you is finished, and pray: "Lord! Increase me in knowledge." 114 And indeed We made a covenant with Adam before, but he forgot, and We found on his part no firm will-power. 115
