And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, no unthankfulness shall befall his endeavour; We Ourselves write it down for him. 94 Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom We have ever destroyed that they [were people who] would never turn back [from their sinful ways] 95 till, when Gog and Magog are unloosed, and they slide down out of every slope, 96 And the true promise shall draw nigh, then lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be fixedly open: O woe to us! surely we were in a state of heedlessness as to this; nay, we were unjust. 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 Had these indeed been gods they would not have gone there. But (as it is), all of you shall ever abide in it." 99 They will groan in pain therein, but no one will listen to them. 100 Indeed those to whom Our promise of goodness has been made, have been kept far away from hell. 101 They shall not hear the least sound thereof, and in that felicity which their souls desire they shall be abiders. 102 The greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels will receive them: 'This is the Day you have been promised' 103 The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it. 104 We have written in the psalms which We had revealed after the Torah that the earth will be given to Our righteous servants as their inheritance. 105 Verily there is a message in this for people who are devout. 106 We have sent you as a benevolence to the creatures of the world. 107 Say, "It is only revealed to me that your god is but one God; so will you be Muslims [in submission to Him]?" 108 If they turn back, say: 'I have warned you all alike, though I cannot tell whether what you are promised is imminent or distant. 109 Lo! He knoweth that which is said openly, and that which ye conceal. 110 I know not; haply it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time. 111 He saith: my Lord! judge Thou with truth. And our Lord is the Compassionate Whose help is to be sought against that which ye utter. 112
