And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, no unthankfulness shall befall his endeavour; We Ourselves write it down for him. 94 It has been ordained against every town that We ever destroyed that they shall not return (to enjoy a new lease of life) 95 Until when the way is opened up for Gog and Magog and they press from every elevated place, 96 when the true promise of God draws near, those who denied the truth will stare in amazement, crying, "Woe to us! We have been so heedless of this. Indeed, we were wrongdoers." 97 You and all those who you were worshipping, other than Allah, shall be the fuel of Gehenna; there you shall all go down to it. 98 If those had been gods, they would never have gone down to it, but in it they shall live for ever. 99 They will bray in it and not be able to hear anything in it. 100 But as for those unto whom already the reward most fair has gone forth from Us, 101 They shall not hear the least sound thereof, and in that felicity which their souls desire they shall be abiders. 102 They will not be affected by the great terror. The angels will come to them with this glad news: "This is your day which was promised to you." 103 The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it. 104 And indeed We have written in Zabur (Psalms) [i.e. all the revealed Holy Books the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Quran] after (We have already written in) Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (the Book, that is in the heaven with Allah), that My righteous slaves shall inherit the land (i.e. the land of Paradise). 105 Most surely in this is a message to a people who serve 106 We have sent you forth as nothing but mercy to people of the whole world. 107 Say: 'It is revealed unto me only that your God is One God; do you then surrender?' 108 If they turn away, say, "I have warned you all alike, though I do not know whether [the scourge] which you are promised is near at hand or far off. 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 And I do not know if this is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time' 111 Say, "My Lord, judge with truth. Our Lord is the Gracious One whose help we seek against what you utter." 112
