Then whoso doeth some good works and is a believer, there will be no rejection of his effort. Lo! We record (it) for him. 94 And it is forbidden for any township which We have destroyed, that they may return. (Once the disbelievers face death, their return to earth is impossible.) 95 Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend 96 The Day of Judgment will then draw near and the unbelievers will stare amazedly and cry, "Woe to us! We had neglected this day. We have done wrong". 97 Surely you and what you worship besides Allah are the firewood of hell; to it you shall come. 98 If these had been gods, they would not have got there! but each one will abide therein. 99 There is groaning for them therein, and they do not hear. 100 But for those whom We had decided to favour with good reward, they shall be kept far removed from Hell. 101 They shall not hear the least sound thereof, and in that felicity which their souls desire they shall be abiders. 102 The great fearful event shall not grieve them, and the angels shall meet them: This is your day which you were promised. 103 The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it. 104 And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants. 105 This Qur’an is sufficient for people who are devout. 106 We have not sent thee, save as a mercy unto all beings. 107 Say: 'It is revealed to me that your God is One God, do you then surrender' 108 But if they turn away, say: "I have proclaimed this in equity unto all of you alike; but I do not know whether that [judgment] which you are promised [by God] is near or far [in time]. 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 "I know not but that it may be a trial for you, and a grant of (worldly) livelihood (to you) for a time." 111 [The Prophet] has said, "My Lord, judge [between us] in truth. And our Lord is the Most Merciful, the one whose help is sought against that which you describe." 112
