▼ 21 The Prophets
Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders. 94 But there is a ban on any population which We have destroyed: that they shall not return, 95 until such a time as Gog and Magog are let loose [upon the world] and swarm down from every corner [of the earth,] 96 and nigh has drawn the true promise, and behold, the eyes of the unbelievers staring: 'Alas for us! We were heedless of this; 'nay, we were evildoers.' 97 Certainly! You (disbelievers) and that which you are worshipping now besides Allah, are (but) fuel for Hell! (Surely), you will enter it. 98 If those had been gods, they would never have gone down to it; yet every one of them shall therein abide forever;' 99 There they shall groan with anguish and the din and noise in Hell will not let them hear anything. 100 But those who have been promised a good reward by Us will be kept far away from Hell -- 101 They will not hear its faintest sound, and they shall abide in that which their souls long for. 102 The greatest terror (on the Day of Resurrection) will not grieve them, and the angels will meet them, (with the greeting): "This is your Day which you were promised." 103 On that Day, We shall roll up the heaven like a written scroll is rolled. As We originated the first creation, so will We bring it back again. This is a binding promise on Us which We shall assuredly fulfill. 104 We had prescribed in the Book of Psalms after the reminder and admonition, that those of Our creatures who are good will in the end rule the earth. 105 Indeed, in this [Qur'an] is notification for a worshipping people. 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Say: 'It is revealed to me that your God is One God, do you then surrender' 108 Then if they turn away, say thou: I have proclaimed unto you all alike, and I know not whether nigh or far is that which ye are promised, 109 Surely He knows what is spoken openly and He knows what you hide; 110 Nor do I know whether it may mean a trial for you and a short reprieve." 111 The Messenger said: "My Lord! Judge with truth. Our Compassionate Lord alone is our support against your (blasphemous) utterances." 112
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
