Then whosoever does righteous works, while believing, his striving will not go unappreciated. We record them all for him. 94 But there is a ban on any population which We have destroyed: that they shall not return, 95 till Gog and Magog are let loose and slide down out of every slope; 96 And the true promise shall draw nigh, then lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be fixedly open: O woe to us! surely we were in a state of heedlessness as to this; nay, we were unjust. 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 Had these indeed been gods they would not have gone there. But (as it is), all of you shall ever abide in it." 99 Moaning will be their lot therein, and nothing [else] will they hear therein. 100 Verily those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they will be removed far therefrom (Hell) [e.g. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary); 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.]. 101 And will not hear its hissing, and will live for ever in the midst of what their hearts desire. 102 the greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them: 'This is your day that you were promised.' 103 (This will happen) on the day when We roll up the heavens as if it were a written scroll and bring it back into existence just as though We had created it for the first time. This is what We have promised and We have always been true to Our promise. 104 And certainly We wrote in the Book after the reminder that (as for) the land, My righteous servants shall inherit it. 105 Verily there is a message in this for people who are devout. 106 And We have not sent thee except as a mercy unto the Worlds. 107 Say: It is only inspired in me that your Allah is One Allah. Will ye then surrender (unto Him)? 108 If they turn back, say: 'I have warned you all alike, though I cannot tell whether what you are promised is imminent or distant. 109 God surely knows what you say openly and also knows what you conceal. 110 And I do not know if this may be a trial for you and a provision till a time. 111 He said: O my Lord! judge Thou with truth; and our Lord is the Beneficent Allah, Whose help is sought against what you ascribe (to Him). 112
