So whoever does some good deeds, and is a believer, then his efforts will not be ignored; and We are recording it. 94 Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom We have ever destroyed that they [were people who] would never turn back [from their sinful ways] 95 Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend 96 when the true promise of God draws near, those who denied the truth will stare in amazement, crying, "Woe to us! We have been so heedless of this. Indeed, we were wrongdoers." 97 'Surely you, and that you were serving apart from God, are fuel for Gehenna; you shall go down to it.' 98 if those had really been deities, they would not have been led there; but there they will remain forever. 99 There will only be groaning for them, and they will not hear any thing. 100 Surely (as for) those for whom the good has already gone forth from Us, they shall be kept far off from it; 101 They will not hear the slightest sound thereof, while they abide in that which their souls desire. 102 The Great Terror will bring them no grief: but the angels will meet them (with mutual greetings): "This is your Day,- (the Day) that ye were promised." 103 On that Day We shall roll up the skies as written scrolls are rolled up; [and] as We brought into being the first creation, so We shall bring it forth anew - a promise which We have willed upon Ourselves: for, behold, We are able to do [all things]! 104 We have written in the Psalms, after the Remembrance: 'The righteous among My worshipers shall inherit the earth' 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Proclaim, “It is divinely revealed to me that your God is the only One God – Allah; do you therefore become Muslims?” 108 Then if they turn away, say thou: I have proclaimed unto you all alike, and I know not whether nigh or far is that which ye are promised, 109 He knows your spoken words and what you hide. 110 I think that this [reprieve] is possibly a trial for you, an opportunity to enjoy yourselves until an appointed time." 111 The Messenger said: "My Lord! Judge with truth. Our Compassionate Lord alone is our support against your (blasphemous) utterances." 112
