And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, no unthankfulness shall befall his endeavour; We Ourselves write it down for him. 94 And it is binding on a town which We destroy that they shall not return. 95 Until when the way is opened up for Gog and Magog and they press from every elevated place, 96 And the true promise shall draw nigh, then lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be fixedly open: O woe to us! surely we were in a state of heedlessness as to this; nay, we were unjust. 97 [Then they will be told:] "Verily, you and all that you [were wont to] worship instead of God are but the fuel of hell: that is what you are destined for. 98 If those had been gods, they would never have gone down to it, but in it they shall live for ever. 99 There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else). 100 Verily those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they will be removed far therefrom (Hell) [e.g. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary); 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.]. 101 they will not hear the slightest sound of it, and they shall forever abide in a state of bliss, among everything their souls longed for. 102 The supreme awesomeness [of the Day of Resurrection] will cause them no grief, since the angels will receive them with the greeting: "This is your Day [of triumph - the Day] which you were promised!" 103 The day when We shall roll up the heavens as the recording angel rolls up the register of deeds; We shall make him similar to Our making him the first time; this is a promise upon Us; We certainly have to do it. 104 We have already written in the Psalms following the Reminder, "My righteous servants shall inherit the earth." 105 Herein, surely is a message for true worshippers. 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say: "It has but been revealed unto me that your God is the One and Only God: will you, then, surrender yourselves unto Him?" 108 Then if they turn away, proclaim, “I have proclaimed a war against you on equal terms; and what do I know whether the promise which is given to you, is close or far?” 109 He knows your spoken words and what you hide. 110 I do not know if this be a trial for you, or a little advantage for a while." 111 And the Prophet submitted, “My Lord – render the true judgement”; “And only the help of Our Lord, the Most Gracious, is sought against all what you fabricate.” 112
