Therefore whoever shall do of good deeds and he is a believer, there shall be no denying of his exertion, and surely We will write (It) down for him. 94 Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom We have ever destroyed that they [were people who] would never turn back [from their sinful ways] 95 Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 (They will be told): "Verily you and the gods you worshipped beside Allah are the fuel of Hell. All of you are bound to arrive there. 98 Had the idols been true lords, they would not have gone to hell. "All of you will live therein forever". 99 They will bray in it and not be able to hear anything in it. 100 But those who have been promised a good reward by Us will be kept far away from Hell -- 101 They will not hear the slightest sound thereof, while they abide in that which their souls desire. 102 the greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them: 'This is your day that you were promised.' 103 The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it. 104 And assuredly We have prescribed in the Scripture after the admonition, that: the land! there shall inherit it My bondmen righteous. 105 Lo! there is a plain statement for folk who are devout. 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say: "It is revealed to me that your God is only One God. Will you, then, submit to Him?" 108 Then if they turn away, say thou: I have proclaimed unto you all alike, and I know not whether nigh or far is that which ye are promised, 109 Lo! He knoweth that which is said openly, and that which ye conceal. 110 And I do not know if this may be a trial for you and a provision till a time. 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge in truth. Our Lord is the Merciful whose help is ever to be sought against what you describe' 112
