So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 till, when Gog and Magog are unloosed, and they slide down out of every slope, 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 Lo! ye (idolaters) and that which ye worship beside Allah are fuel of hell. Thereunto ye will come. 98 Had these [false deities] been [actual] gods, they would not have come to it, but all are eternal therein. 99 Therein breathing out with deep sighs and roaring will be their portion, and therein they will hear not. 100 Verily those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they will be removed far therefrom (Hell) [e.g. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary); 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.]. 101 Not the slightest sound will they hear of Hell: what their souls desired, in that will they dwell. 102 The great fearful event shall not grieve them, and the angels shall meet them: This is your day which you were promised. 103 On the day when We will roll up heaven like the rolling up of the scroll for writings, as We originated the first creation, (so) We shall reproduce it; a promise (binding on Us); surely We will bring it about. 104 Surely We wrote in the Psalms, after the exhortation, that the earth shall be inherited by My righteous servants. 105 Surely in this is a Message delivered unto a people who serve. 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say: "This is what has been revealed to me: 'Your God is one and only God.' So will you bow in homage to Him?" 108 But if they turn back, say: I have given you warning in fairness and I do not know whether what you are threatened with is near or far; 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 Nor do I know whether it may mean a trial for you and a short reprieve." 111 He saith: my Lord! judge Thou with truth. And our Lord is the Compassionate Whose help is to be sought against that which ye utter. 112
