Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 And it is binding on a town which We destroy that they shall not return. 95 until Gog and Magog are let loose, and begin swooping from every mound, 96 when the true promise of God draws near, those who denied the truth will stare in amazement, crying, "Woe to us! We have been so heedless of this. Indeed, we were wrongdoers." 97 Surely you and what you worship besides Allah are the firewood of hell; to it you shall come. 98 Had these been gods, they would not have gone down thereunto; and all of them therein shall be abiders. 99 They shall groan. They will not hear therein anything else. 100 Those for whom the good (record) from Us has gone before, will be removed far therefrom. 101 no sound thereof will they hear; and they will abide in all that their souls have ever desired. 102 the greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them: 'This is your day that you were promised.' 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll for writing. Even as We originated the creation first so We shall repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us; and so We shall do. 104 For We have written in the Psalms, after the Remembrance, 'The earth shall be the inheritance of My righteous servants.' 105 Herein, surely is a message for true worshippers. 106 (Muhammad), We have sent you for no other reason but to be a mercy for mankind. 107 Say thou: this only hath been revealed unto me, that your god is only One God. submit ye then?! 108 But if they are averse, then say: I have warned you all alike, although I know not whether nigh or far is that which ye are promised. 109 "It is He Who knows what is open in speech and what ye hide (in your hearts). 110 But [as for me,] I do not know whether, perchance, this [delay in God's judgment] is but a trial for you, and a [merciful] respite for a while." 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge in truth. Our Lord is the Merciful whose help is ever to be sought against what you describe' 112
