Say (Prophet Muhammad): 'O people, I have been sent to warn you plainly. 49 Then (as for) those who believe and do good, they shall have forgiveness and an honorable sustenance. 50 "But those who strive against Our Signs, to frustrate them,- they will be Companions of the Fire." 51 And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet except that when he spoke [or recited], Satan threw into it [some misunderstanding]. But Allah abolishes that which Satan throws in; then Allah makes precise His verses. And Allah is Knowing and Wise. 52 that He may make what Satan casts a trial for those in whose hearts is sickness, and those whose hearts are hard; and surely the evildoers are in wide schism; 53 (He also does this) in order that those endowed with knowledge may know that it is the Truth from your Lord and that they may have faith in it and their hearts may humble themselves before Him. Verily Allah always directs those that believe to the Right Way. 54 Those who deny the truth will continue in doubt until the [Last] Hour suddenly comes upon them or the scourge of the woeful Day descends upon them. 55 [All] sovereignty that Day is for Allah; He will judge between them. So they who believed and did righteous deeds will be in the Gardens of Pleasure. 56 And (as for) those who disbelieve in and reject Our communications, these it is who shall have a disgraceful chastisement. 57
