O mankind! A similitude is coined, so pay ye heed to it: Lo! those on whom ye call beside Allah will never create a fly though they combine together for the purpose. And if the fly took something from them, they could not rescue it from it. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought! 73 They measure not Allah His rightful measure. Lo! Allah is Strong, Almighty. 74 Allah chooses Messengers from angels and from people. Allah is the Hearer, the Seer. 75 He knows what is before them and what is behind them: and to Allah go back all questions (for decision). 76 O you who have believed, bow and prostrate and worship your Lord and do good - that you may succeed. ۩ 77 Strive steadfastly for the Cause of God. He has chosen you but has not imposed on you hardship in your religion, the noble religion of your father, Abraham. God named you Muslims before and in this Book, so that the Messenger will witness (your actions) and will be the witness over mankind. Be steadfast in your prayer, pay the religious tax, and seek protection from God; He is your Guardian, a gracious Guardian and Helper. 78
