The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon)
118 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Prophets (Al-Anbyaa') before Prostration (Al-Sajdah)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Successful indeed are the believers. 1 Who are humble in their prayers, 2 and who turn away from all that is frivolous, 3 And those who for the sake of purification are doers. 4 and restrain their carnal desires 5 except with their spouses and slave-girls. The practice of carnal relations is lawful with them. 6 but those who seek to go beyond that are transgressors -- 7 And those who are keepers of their trusts and their covenant, 8 and those who attend to their prayers; 9 It is they, they who shall be the inheritors 10 Heirs of Paradise, they shall abide in it forever. 11 We created man out of the extract of clay, 12 Then We made him a small seed in a firm resting-place, 13 Then We fashioned the sperm into an embryo, then fashioned the embryo into a shapeless lump of flesh; then from the lump of flesh We fashioned bones, then clothed the bones with flesh. Thus We formed him into a new creation. So blessed be God the best of Creators. 14 And then, behold! after all this, you are destined to die; 15 then on the Day of Resurrection you shall surely be raised up. 16 And indeed We have created above you seven heavens (one over the other), and We are never unaware of the creation. 17 And We sent down water from the sky in proper measure, then stored it in the earth; and indeed We are Able to take it away! 18 Then through water We caused gardens of date-palms and vines to grow for you wherein you have an abundance of delicious fruits and from them you derive your livelihood. 19 And a tree that grows out of Mount Sinai which produces oil and a condiment for those who eat. 20 There is a lesson for you concerning cattle. We provide you with drink from their bellies and many other benefits. You can consume them as meat. 21 and are carried on them and also on ships. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
