Al-Mu' minoon 3 of 6
But the leaders of his people who denied the truth and denied the Meeting in the Hereafter, because We had granted them ease and plenty in their worldly life, said, "This is only a human being like yourselves, he eats what you eat, and drinks what you drink, 33 “If you were to obey a human like yourselves, then surely you are losers!” 34 What, does he promise you that when you are dead and turned to dust and bones, you will be brought forth? 35 ۞ Such a promise will never come true. 36 There is no life beyond our life in this world: we die and we live [but once,] and we shall never be raised from the dead! 37 He is naught but a man who has forged against God a lie, and we will not believe him.' 38 (The apostle prayed): "O Lord, deliver me, for they accuse me of lies." 39 He said: In a little while they surely will become repentant. 40 So As-Saihah (torment - awful cry, etc.) overtook them with justice, and We made them as rubbish of dead plants. So away with the people who are Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, disobedient to His Messengers, etc.). 41 Then We raised after them other generations. 42 No people can hasten on their doom nor can they postpone (it). 43 And We sent forth Our apostles, one after another: [and] every time their apostle came to a community, they gave him the lie: and so We caused them to follow one another [into the grave,] and let them become [mere] tales: and so - away with the folk who would not believe! 44 Then We sent Moses and his brother Aaron with Our miracles and clear authority 45 To Pharaoh and his nobles who behaved with arrogance, for they were a conceited lot, 46 and they said, 'What, shall we believe two mortals like ourselves, whose people are our servants?' 47 So they accused them of falsehood, and they became of those who were destroyed. 48 And indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the Scripture, that they may be guided. 49 And We made Mary's son, and his mother, a Sign, and We gave them refuge on a lofty ground, a peaceful site with springs flowing in it. 50

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
