Al-Mu' minoon 3 of 6
And said the leaders of his people, who disbelieved and denied the confronting of the Hereafter – and We had given them comfort in the worldly life – that, “He is nothing but a human like you, he eats from what you eat and drinks from what you drink.” 33 If you follow a mortal like yourselves you will certainly be lost. 34 What! does he threaten you that when you are dead and become dust and bones that you shall then be brought forth? 35 ۞ “How remote, (really) how remote is the promise you are given!” 36 There is no life beyond our life in this world: we die and we live [but once,] and we shall never be raised from the dead! 37 He is only a man who invents lies against God, so have no faith in him". 38 He said: 'Help me, Lord, they belie me' 39 He replied: 'Before long, by the morning, they shall be remorseful' 40 So the true Scream seized them – We therefore made them like rotten hay; so away with the unjust people! 41 After them We brought another generation into existence. 42 No nation can live beyond its allotted time, or lag behind. 43 We then sent our Noble Messengers, one after another; whenever a nation’s Noble Messenger came to it they denied him, We therefore united the succeeding with the old, and made them history; so far removed be the people who do not believe! 44 AND THEN We sent forth Moses and his brother Aaron with Our messages and a manifest authority [from Us] 45 To Pharaoh and his nobles who behaved with arrogance, for they were a conceited lot, 46 They said, "Should we believe two men like ourselves while their people are for us in servitude?" 47 So they rejected them and became of those who were destroyed. 48 And We verily gave Moses the Scripture, that haply they might go aright. 49 We made the son of Mary and his mother a sign, and gave them a refuge on a hillside where there was a hollow and a spring. 50

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
