It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 It is He who gives life, and makes to die, and to Him belongs the alternation of night and day; what, will you not understand? 80 Rather, they say like what the former peoples said. 81 They say, “Will we, when we die and turn into dust and bones, be raised again?” 82 We and our fathers were promised this before; it is nothing but ancient lore!" 83 Say: "To whom does the earth and whosoever is upon it then belong, if you know?" 84 Thereupon they will say, “To Allah”; proclaim, “Therefore why do you not ponder?” 85 Say: Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty dominion? 86 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “So why do you not fear?” 87 Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know." 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Aye! We have brought them the truth and verily they are the liars. 90 God has not taken to Himself any son, nor is there any god with Him; for then each god would have taken off that he created and some of them would have risen up over others; glory to be God, beyond that they describe, 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
