And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 they say: "What! After we have died and become mere dust and bones, shall we, forsooth, be raised from the dead? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before. It is but of the ancients' fictitious tales' 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Ask them: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'Will you not then be godfearing?' 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 'Allah' they will reply. Say: 'How then can you be so bewitched' 89 Aye! We have brought them the truth and verily they are the liars. 90 Allah has not taken to Himself any son, there is no other god with Him. Were this otherwise each god would have taken that which he created, and some of them would have risen above others; Exalted is Allah beyond that they describe! 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
