It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before. It is but of the ancients' fictitious tales' 83 Say, [O Muhammad], "To whom belongs the earth and whoever is in it, if you should know?" 84 They will say: Unto Allah. Say: Will ye not then remember? 85 Say: Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty dominion? 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?" 88 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: From whence are you then deceived? 89 Nay, but We have brought them the Truth, and lo! they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
