And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 It was He who scattered you on the earth, and before Him you shall be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? 80 Aye! they say the like of that which said the ancients. 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say: "It is Allah's!" Say: "Will you not then remember?" 85 Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Tremendous Throne?” 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Say: Who is it in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things and Who gives succor, but against Him Succor is not given, if you do but know? 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 No, We have brought the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
