And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 And it is He Who has created you on the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered back. 79 It is He who gives life and causes death and it is He who alternates night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 "When we have died and become dust and bones, will we be raised up again? 82 Indeed, this [very thing] we have been promised - we and our forefathers - long ago! This is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 83 Say: Unto Whom (belongeth) the earth and whosoever is therein, if ye have knowledge? 84 They will say: "It is Allah's!" Say: "Will you not then remember?" 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 'Allah' they will reply. Say: 'How then can you be so bewitched' 89 Nay, but We have brought them the truth (Islamic Monotheism), and verily, they (disbelievers) are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
