And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 And He has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered back. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 Indeed, this [very thing] we have been promised - we and our forefathers - long ago! This is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 83 Say: "To whom belong the earth and all beings therein? (say) if ye know!" 84 They will say, "To Allah." Say, "Then will you not remember?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Ask them: "Say, if you indeed know, to whom belongs the dominion over all things; (Who is it) that grants asylum, but against Whom no asylum is available?" 88 They will surely say: "(The dominion over all things) belongs to Allah." Say: "Whence are you then deluded?" 89 We have sent them the truth and they, certainly, are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
