And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 They will say: "It is Allah's!" Say: "Will you not then remember?" 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say "In Whose Hand is the sovereignty of everything (i.e. treasures of each and everything)? And He protects (all), while against Whom there is no protector, (i.e. if Allah saves anyone none can punish or harm him, and if Allah punishes or harms anyone none can save him), if you know." Say: From whence are you then deceived? 89 No, We have brought the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege. 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
