And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 It was He who scattered you on the earth, and before Him you shall be gathered. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Rather, they say like what the former peoples said. 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: will ye not then heed? 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 Knower of the unseen and the seen, Exalted is He above that which they associate! 92
