Pray, “My Lord! If You show me the promise they are given,” 93 My Lord! then place me not with the unjust. 94 We have the Power to strike them with torment before your very eyes. 95 Repel, by [means of] what is best, [their] evil. We are most knowing of what they describe. 96 And say thou: my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee against the whisperings of the satans. 97 And I seek refuge in Thee! O my Lord! from their presence. 98 (They shall persist in their deeds) until when death comes to anyone of them he will say: "My Lord, send me back to the world 99 Haply I may do good in that which I have left. By no means! it is a (mere) word that he speaks; and before them is a barrier until the day they are raised. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 whereas they whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves, [destined] to abide in hell: 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 Were not My messages recited to you and did you not reject them? 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 Our Lord, bring us forth out of it! Then, if we revert, we shall be evildoers indeed.' 107 He (Allah) will say: "Remain you in it with ignominy! And speak you not to Me!" 108 Among My servants, there were those who said, "Lord, We believe, so forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the best one to show mercy." 109 Then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, and at them ye were wont to laugh. 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He will say: "What number of years did ye stay on earth?" 112 They will say: We tarried a day or part of a day, but ask those who keep account. 113 He will say: ye tarried a little indeed; would that ye had known that. 114 "Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose), and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King! there is no god but he, Lord of the Throne honoured. 116 And whoever invokes besides Allah another deity for which he has no proof - then his account is only with his Lord. Indeed, the disbelievers will not succeed. 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
