Say: My Lord! If Thou shouldst show me that which they are promised. 93 then do not place me, Lord, with the wrongdoers." 94 We have the Power to strike them with torment before your very eyes. 95 Repel, by [means of] what is best, [their] evil. We are most knowing of what they describe. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 "And I seek refuge with You, My Lord! lest they may attend (or come near) me." 98 Till, when death comes to one of them, he says, 'My Lord, return me; 99 so that I might act righteously in whatever I have failed [aforetime]!" Nay, it is indeed but a [meaningless] word that he utters: for behind those [who leave the world] there is a barrier [of death] until the Day when all will be raised from the dead! 100 When the trumpet blast is sounded no ties of lineage will hold among them, nor will they ask after one another. 101 Then he whose balances shall be heavy - these! they are the blissful ones. 102 And he whose balances shall be light - these are they who have lost themselves; in Hell they are abiders. 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 "Were not My messages read out to you? But you denied them." 105 They will reply, "Lord, our hard-heartedness overcame us and we went astray. 106 Our Lord! Oh, bring us forth from hence! If we return (to evil) then indeed we shall be wrong-doers. 107 Allah will say, “Remain rebuked in it, and do not speak to Me.” 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 But you took them for laughingstock, mocking at them, until they caused you to forget My remembrance. 110 Indeed, I have rewarded them this Day for their patient endurance - that they are the attainers [of success]." 111 He will say: how long tarried ye on the earth in number of year? 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He shall say, 'You have tarried but a little, did you know. 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 Whoever worships another god apart from God, for which he holds no proof, will have to account for it before his Lord. Verily the unbelievers will not prosper. 117 And say: 'My Lord, forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of the merciful' 118
True are the words of God the Almighty.
