The true believers are only those, who believe in (the Oneness of) Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and when they are with him on some common matter, they go not away until they have asked his permission. Verily! Those who ask your permission, those are they who (really) believe in Allah and His Messenger. So if they ask your permission for some affairs of theirs, give permission to whom you will of them, and ask Allah for their forgiveness. Truly, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 62 Do not treat being called by the Messenger like being called by one another. God knows those of you who slip away on some pretext. Let those who go against his order beware lest some affliction befall them or they receive a painful punishment. 63 Lo! verily Allah's is whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth; surely He knoweth that which ye are about, and the Day whereon they shall be made to return unto Him, then He shall declare unto them that which they worked; and Allah is of everything the Knower. 64
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: Light (Al-Noor). Sent down in Medina after Exodus (Al-Hashr) before Pilgrimage (Al-Hajj)
