۞ Such as fear not the meeting with Us (for Judgment) say: "Why are not the angels sent down to us, or (why) do we not see our Lord?" Indeed they have an arrogant conceit of themselves, and mighty is the insolence of their impiety! 21 The day they see the angels - no good tidings will there be that day for the criminals, and [the angels] will say, "Prevented and inaccessible." 22 And We turned all the deeds they had performed into scattered floating specks of dust. 23 On that Day, the companions of Paradise (will have) a better abode and a finer restingplace. 24 On that Day, a cloud will appear rending the sky and the angels will be senthi down rank after rank. 25 The real Kingdom on that Day will belong only to the Merciful, and it will be a very hard Day for the disbelievers. 26 On the day when the wrong-doer gnaweth his hands, he will say: Ah, would that I had chosen a way together with the messenger (of Allah)! 27 Oh, woe is me! Would that I had not taken so-and-so for a friend! 28 Indeed, he led me astray from the remembrance [of God] after it had come unto me!" For [thus it is:] Satan is ever a betrayer of man. 29 The prophet will say: "O my Lord, my people had fettered the Qur'an." 30 thus did We assign to every prophet an enemy from among the sinners; your Lord is sufficient as a guide and a helper. 31 The unbelievers have said, "Why was the whole Quran not revealed to him at once?" We have revealed it to you in gradual steps to strengthen your hearts and give you explanations. 32 We will support you with the Truth and the best interpretation whenever the infidels argue against you. 33 The ones who are gathered on their faces to Hell - those are the worst in position and farthest astray in [their] way. 34
