Blessed be He who has set the constellations in the heaven, and set amongst them a sun, and an illuminating moon. 61 He it is Who caused the night and the day to succeed each other so that everyone who desires may learn a lesson or become grateful. 62 The servants of the All-merciful are those who walk in the earth modestly and who, when the ignorant address them, say, 'Peace'; 63 Those who spend the night in adoration of their Lord prostrate and standing; 64 Those who say, "Our Lord! avert from us the Wrath of Hell, for its Wrath is indeed an affliction grievous,- 65 Indeed, it is an evil abode and evil dwelling-place." 66 And those who, when spending, neither exceed the limits nor act miserly, and stay in moderation between the two. 67 who do not call upon another god with Allah, nor slay the soul which Allah has forbidden except by right; who do not fornicate, for he who does this shall face punishment 68 [but] shall have his suffering doubled on Resurrection Day: for on that [Day] he shall abide in ignominy. 69 Save him who repenteth and believeth and doth righteous work; as for such, Allah will change their evil deeds to good deeds. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. 70 He who repents and does good deeds has truly turned to God. 71 And those who do not give false evidence, and if they come across unbecoming talk ignore it and pass by in a sedate way; 72 And those who, when they are reminded of the signs of their Lord, do not fall deaf and blind upon them. 73 Those who say: 'Lord give us of our wives and children what pleases our eyes and make us leaders to the fearful' 74 These shall be rewarded with high places because they were patient, and shall be met therein with greetings and salutations. 75 There they shall live for ever; a fine dwelling place, and residence. 76 Say, "What would my Lord care for you, if you do not call on Him. Because you have indeed rejected the truth and His punishment is bound to overtake you. 77
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
