Highly blessed is He, Who has made fortified spheres in the heavens and has set in it a "lamp" and a shining moon. 61 And He it is Who hath appointed night and day in succession, for him who desireth to remember, or desireth thankfulness. 62 And the bondmen of the Most Gracious who walk upon the earth humbly, and when the ignorant address them they answer, “Peace”. (Good –bye) 63 and those who spend the night prostrating themselves, and standing before their Lord, 64 And who say: Our Lord! Avert from us the doom of hell; lo! the doom thereof is anguish; 65 Verily ill it is as an abode and as a station. 66 Who are neither prodigal nor miserly in their spending but follow a middle path; 67 who do not invoke any god but Allah nor kill a soul, which Allah has forbidden, unjustly, nor commit adultery. -He who does this shall be punished for his sin, 68 of sin-doubled shall be the chastisement for him on the Resurrection Day, and he shall dwell therein humbled, 69 Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, for those, Allah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 70 He who repents and does good works truly turns to Allah in repentance, 71 and those who do not bear false witness, and when they pass by idle talk, pass by with honor 72 And they who, when reminded of the communications of their Lord, do not fall down thereat deaf and blind. 73 And those who say, "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous." 74 Those shall be rewarded with the highest apartment, because they persevered; and therein they shall be met with a greeting and salutation. 75 Therein they shall dwell forever; fair it is as a lodging-place and an abode. 76 Say, "What would my Lord care for you, if you do not call on Him. Because you have indeed rejected the truth and His punishment is bound to overtake you. 77
