Blessed is He Who made the constellations in the heavens and made therein a lamp and a shining moon. 61 It is He who made the night and day an alternation for him who cares to reflect and be grateful. 62 And the bondmen of the Compassionate are those who walk upon the earth meekly and when the ignorants address them, they say peace 63 And those who spend [part of] the night to their Lord prostrating and standing [in prayer] 64 Who say: 'Our Lord, turn from us the punishment of Gehenna, for its punishment is the most terrible; 65 Surely it is an evil abode and (evil) place to stay. 66 Those who, when they spend, are not extravagant and not niggardly, but hold a just (balance) between those (extremes); 67 And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty. 68 he shall have his suffering doubled on the Day of Resurrection and he will abide forever in disgrace, 69 except he who repents and believes and does good works those, Allah will change their evil deeds into good deeds; Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. 70 And whosoever repents and does righteous good deeds, then verily, he repents towards Allah with true repentance. 71 And those who do not bear false witness, and when they pass by frivolity, they pass by with dignity; 72 who, when reminded of the revelations of their Lord, do not try to ignore them as though deaf and blind. Rather, they try to understand and think about them. 73 And they who say: O our Lord! grant us in our wives and our offspring the joy of our eyes, and make us guides to those who guard (against evil). 74 Those will be rewarded with the highest place (in Paradise) because of their patience. Therein they shall be met with greetings and the word of peace and respect. 75 Therein they shall dwell forever; fair it is as a lodging-place and an abode. 76 Say (O Muhammad, unto the disbelievers): My Lord would not concern Himself with you but for your prayer. But now ye have denied (the Truth), therefor there will be judgment. 77
