The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 Those are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
