The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ TaSeenMeem. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9
