The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 they have indeed rejected the message. But the truth of what they laughed to scorn will dawn upon them before long. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
