The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 A fresh remembrance has never come to them from the Merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at! 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
