The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 They will soon come to know the truth of that which they have been scoffing at. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
