In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 Indeed they have denied, so now soon coming upon them are the tidings of what they used to scoff at. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how many We caused to grow in it every generous kind? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
