The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ TaSeenMeem. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
